  • Yes, you can. However, please contact the camp team so that we can make the necessary arrangements on our side. Please also make sure to reach Holiday Villa before 10am on Friday, 27 September.

    Also, from Oct 1, those driving to Malaysia will require a Vehicle Entry Permit with a RFID tag.

    How to apply for one and how you can install it on your car

  • Children from the age of 3-11 years will require an add-on of $160 (with Bed) / $130 (without Bed).

    Infants under the age of 3 are not subject to the above costs - accommodation and food are free-of-charge with an accompanying adult.

    Baby cots can be requested from the hotel, subject to availability.

    Please get in touch with the camp committee if you intend to do so, so that we can help sort all of the necessary arrangements.

  • You should renew your passport as soon as possible so that it is valid for at least 7 months from the retreat dates (needs to be valid until 29 April 2025).

    If you are planning to renew your passport after registration, please contact the committee with your new passport number and date of expiry by 15 August 2024.

  • Subsidies are available on a case-by-case basis for students, full-time national servicemen (NSFs), and unemployed individuals. Please indicate in the registration form if you require financial assistance.

  • Cancellations and refunds are possible until 15 August 2024. However, please contact the camp committee as early as possible so that we can confirm the cancellation and handle administrative matters on our end.
