FAITHFUL

God’s faithfulness to us never wavers. But our faithfulness to Him isn’t quite the same.

The trials we face every day challenge our faith. The comforting truth? Our hope rests in a God who is unchanging.

So may we strive to be ever faithful to the One who is forever faithful.

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?”

Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”

Rev Jeremy Yap is serving as a pastor in Aldersgate Methodist Church.

Jeremy was working in the marketplace for 12 years before entering full time pastoral ministry. Jeremy is married with three children, and is learning the challenges and joys of parenting kids in different life stages. In his spare time, he enjoys coffee, cooking and basketball."
